Crucible has been in existence for about four months, and over the next year will be hiring several individuals to work predominantly in USA, with some international travel.

The position will involve:

1. Becoming acquainted with the technologies in the portfolio;
2. Working as a liaison between the technology companies and the operators with whom we are doing business;
3. Providing oversight of the running of the technologies where appropriate;
4. Contractual negotiations between the technology companies and the operators;
5. And most importantly, risk management of the entire testing process.

The prospective candidates should have:

1. A good working knowledge of the oil business from either a service contractor or an operator's perspective;
2. The ability to work without close supervision;
3. The ability to think beyond the box;
4. A track record that demonstrates innovation and creativity;
5. A track record of taking responsibility.
